We are seeking a Product Management Professional to partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions that solve meaningful enterprise challenges. This role requires a product manager who can move quickly from understanding business problems to validating AI-driven solutions and demonstrating measurable value.
You will own a product area within our Applied AI portfolio, define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and drive delivery from concept through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and contribute to a product area within Humana's Applied AI portfolio, defining success metrics and product strategy aligned to business goals.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business challenges into well-defined AI use cases and drive them through discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, and product backlogs.
- Develop program plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver AI-powered products.
- Support rapid prototyping and experimentation with GenAI applications, AI agents, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Analyze user feedback, business data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to AI evaluation frameworks used to assess models, platforms, and enterprise readiness.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and business value clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Champion experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement of AI products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of product management or related experience and less than 4 years of total relevant industry experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams to define vision, strategy, requirements, and execution plans.
- Experience gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
- Hands-on experience building or prototyping AI-powered solutions.
- Experience with AI/ML products and platforms, including GenAI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation.
- Experience managing products across multiple lifecycle phases, including discovery, prototyping, validation, and deployment support.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to business problems.
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI solution architectures such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and conversational AI.
- Experience with agile product management, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or healthcare technology.
- Experience with AI model evaluation frameworks and performance benchmarking.
- Familiarity with human-centered design principles, data visualization, and prototyping tools such as Figma or Miro.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.
- Experience developing business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
Additional Information
Work Style: This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring employees to work three days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely. Qualified candidates must currently reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a commutable distance from one of the talent markets.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$103,600 - $142,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
