We act as a platform connecting Recruiters, Bench Sales Professionals, and Candidates. We are not a staffing agency and do not directly employ the candidates listed on our site.

2. Use of Productivity Tools

Our platform provides free utilities (e.g., PDF Editor, Tax Calculator, Resume Builder). By using these tools, you acknowledge that:

• "As Is" Basis: The tools are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations (e.g., Tax Terms or EMI).
• Data Handling: As stated in our Privacy Policy, we prioritize local-storage processing. However, you are responsible for keeping backups of your files. We are not liable for any data loss that occurs during file conversion or editing.
• No Professional Advice: Output from our Tax or Salary calculators should not be considered legal or financial advice. Always consult a certified accountant.

3. User Conduct

To maintain a safe community for all staffing professionals, you agree NOT to:

• Post fake, misleading, or expired job requirements ("Ghost Jobs").
• Upload resumes or personal data of individuals without their explicit consent.
• Use automated scraping tools to harvest email addresses from our Vendor List or Resume Database.
• Spam our contact forms or community feedback sections with promotional links.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The design, logo, code, and "productivity tools" (calculators, converters) on Staffing Maker are the exclusive property of Staffing Maker. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our tools without written permission.

User Content: You retain ownership of any resume, job posting, or vendor list entry you submit. However, by posting to our public areas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content to other users on the platform.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

A. For the Resume Database & Vendor List

Staffing Maker acts purely as a venue for professionals to connect. We do not screen or verify every user-submitted resume or vendor email.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of candidate profiles or vendor capabilities.
• We are not liable for any employment decisions made based on data found here.
• We are not responsible for disputes arising between recruiters and candidates connected through our site.

B. General Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffing Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or revenue) resulting from your use of our Service or Tools.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
