Job Description:
The responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Producing analysis on Commercial Real Estate properties including: rent rolls, leasing activity, and operating performance (historical and projections)• Research and present information on the following areas: Commercial Real Estate Markets, Comparable Properties, Public Real Estate Records, and Public information on Business Entities and Individual.• Perform analysis of business entities and individuals to assess their financial condition with a focus on their ability to service their debt and/or pay rent• Assisting Loan Officers in completing reports used by Senior Management in the monitoring and decision making processes• Completing various forms and reports to request external reports (appraisals, environmental assessments) and address internal issues• Contacting bank customers to gather information and/or follow-up on required items• Various special projects from Loan Officers and Senior Management

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Professional experience with a financial institution in Commercial Real Estate analysis for at least 3 years
Experience in written analysis on Commercial Real Estate properties, with a focus on operating performance and rent rolls
Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Word. Experience with any of the following a bonus: Moody’s Risk Analyst, Fidelity Information Services’ IBS Insight, Hyland Software’s OnBase and Metavante’s BankerInsight
