Job Overview
This client-facing role leads the delivery of consulting and market research solutions that improve organizational performance and decision-making. It involves managing complex projects and guiding teams in designing and executing primary research, integrating diverse data sources to produce actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioral science approaches. Experts in this role influence cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, shape methodologies and practices, and mentor junior colleagues across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains.

Essential Functions
• Acts as the project lead for multiple projects and is responsible for overall outcomes/deliverables. Manages project teams and develops talent and capabilities of all junior level colleagues.
• Maintains strong relationships with client senior level management and is responsible for managing the overall relationship with complex clients.
• Responsible for meeting defined revenue and/or billable targets for an industry or technical specialty via identifying business opportunities with potential or existing clients and creating and presenting proposals.
