Join Wilmington Advisors @M&T in our Long Island market. We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a proven track record of building and deepening client relationships, growing a book of business, and delivering sophisticated investment and wealth planning solutions to affluent and high-net-worth clients.

What You’ll Do:

- Expand and cultivate client relationships through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic partnerships

- Deliver customized investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions

- Lead portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial guidance aligned with clients' goals

- Partner closely with Retail, Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth teams to identify and serve client needs

- Grow your practice within a highly collaborative and referral-rich environment

Experience Required:

- Combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience

- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses

- Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $75,900.00 - $126,500.00 (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
