GENERAL OVERVIEW

Performs preventive maintenance and routine repairs.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performs assigned preventive maintenance. 20%

- Calibrates, repairs, maintains and operates RHVAC, pneumatic tube system, medical air & vacuum systems and all other associated equipment and systems. 20%

- Responds to all emergency, and normal calls as required. 20%

- Analyzes and troubleshoots using proper data gathered from field experience, engineering manuals, and blueprints and schematics. 20%

- Repairs mechanical systems. 20%

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

- Minimum 3 years basic mechanical and electrical experience.

- Minimum 6 months in-house training period.
