We seek an experienced architect to lead the development of innovative IT solutions. You drive the technical strategy for our critical bids, leveraging Accenture’s assets and accelerators to build high-impact solutions.
The Work:
- Unify technical efforts across teams to deliver integrated solutions and provide fact-based evidence that distinguishes our response.
- Utilize 10 + years of experience in IT architecture, expertise in cloud solutions, and a proven track record of leading complex bids for large organizations. Your work will directly influence our win rate on critical bids and drive innovation across client engagements.
- Develop technical systems and translates those designs into compelling written responses that stand out in competitive evaluations.
- Lead the architectural design and technical narrative for RFI and RFP responses.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects and other SMEs to build unified enterprise solutions.
- Integrate Accenture assets and accelerators into the proposed architecture.
- Provide fact-based evidence to differentiate our technical approach from competitors.
- Translate technical concepts into clear written responses.
- Design and render architectural diagrams to visually communicate the solution to evaluators.
- Shape the overall technical strategy for consequential engagements.
Here’s What You Need:
- 10 + years of experience designing and delivering IT solutions, with measurable outcomes such as successful cloud migrations, enhanced security postures, or improved operational efficiencies.
- 3 + years leading architectural strategy and technical responses for complex bids, including RFPs for large enterprises.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through winning proposal submissions and executive-level presentations.
- 3+ years of experience across key domains, including Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity and Compliance, Zero Trust, Data Architecture and Platforms, AI and GenAI, Application Development, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure & Applications O&M.
- 3+ years of technical depth in at least two domains (e.g. leading cloud migration initiatives and designing secure data platforms for highly regulated industries).
- 3+ years of experience utilizing writing skills for technical proposals and executive briefings, with a track record of influencing decisionmakers.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural diagrams and graphics required to effectively illustrate complex system interactions and support proposal evaluations.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Prior Government management consulting experience
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$106,300-$221,100 USD
