What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of HR to build and scale our People function. You'll partner closely with leadership to shape our culture, develop our managers, and create the people processes that enable the company to grow. This role combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Own and lead the company's People strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and company growth.
- Partner with managers and executives on organizational design, performance management, employee development, and leadership coaching.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development, engagement, and offboarding.
- Build and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and programs that scale with the company.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
- Own HR systems, data, and people analytics to support informed decision-making.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of HR/People experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or Head of HR in a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching managers.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up.
- Strategic mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and execute.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
