Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage a team: 2 - 3 HR team members

- Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

- Onboarding

- Offboarding

- Leave Management

- Ticket system

- Offer letters

- Investigations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required

- SHRM certified desired

- 4+ Years of HR experience required

- 1-2 Years of team management / mentorship experience required

- Reporting/analytics knowledge EEO, VETS

- Some payroll knowledge

- Unemployment claims understanding and experience in multi-state unemployment portals

- Experience working at a mid-sized company highly preferred

- Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus

- Technology savvy

- Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Sharepoint, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus

- Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership
