Position Summary

AB Facility Service is seeking an IT Intern for the Fall semester. This unpaid internship is intended for students earning academic credit and offers hands-on experience supporting the IT Manager with daily technology operations, technical support, and IT projects.

Responsibilities

- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and user issues.

- Assist with computer setup, software installation, and equipment deployment.

- Help manage user accounts, passwords, and IT inventory.

- Support system updates, troubleshooting, and documentation.

- Assist the IT Manager with special projects and other IT initiatives.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Eligible to receive academic credit.

- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Eager to learn and work in a collaborative environment.

- Schedule: Flexible based on school requirements

- Compensation: Unpaid - School Credit Only
