Financial Advisor (Easton Territory)
- Easton, MD

Launch your advisory career with M&T Bank. We’re seeking a licensed banker or early-career advisor to grow within the Easton market-partnering with a top-producing Senior Advisor while building your own book through a strong referral network.

What You’ll Do:

- Build client relationships through referrals and branch partnerships

- Deliver investment and insurance solutions

- Support portfolio reviews and client lifecycle management

- Partner across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams

What You Bring:

- Banking, sales, or client-facing experience (licensed preferred)

- Strong relationship-building skills and growth mindset

Licenses (or willing to obtain):

- Series 7, 63, and 65/66

- Life/Variable Insurance

Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience

- FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses

- Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
