Lead Data Manager

Job Description

Minimum 7+ years of Clinical Data Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes from study start-up through closeout.
Experience leading Data Management activities for global clinical trials.
Experience managing high-complexity studies, preferably in Oncology.

Hands-on experience with:

- eCRF design

- Edit check development

- Query management

- Database lock activities

- Data reconciliation processes

Experience with SDTM dataset management and clinical data transfers.
Strong understanding of CDISC, CDASH, and regulatory requirements.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,900.00 - $224,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
