Jack Henry is looking for a hands-on Supervisor of Line Services Technicians to join our close-knit Travel team at the Monett Airport. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business aircraft and transportation operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll lead a small team of Line Service Crew members while coordinating day-to-day aircraft support activities, including cleaning and detailing aircraft, stocking supplies, fueling operations, fuel testing, inventory management, purchasing, and regulatory compliance. This position works closely with maintenance crews, flight crews, and passengers to ensure aircraft are staged, launched, recovered, and travel-ready. You’ll also oversee the company vehicle fleet, helping ensure vehicles are properly maintained and prepared to support business travelers and operational needs. This position works onsite at the Monett, MO airport. Candidates must live within 1 hour drive time of the airport.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Create and maintain schedules for Line Service Technicians.

- Train new line service personnel on procedures, safety expectations, and daily responsibilities.

- Maintain and update Line Service Technician training materials as needed.

- Fuel business aircraft while maintaining proper fuel truck levels.

- Maintain monthly fuel calculation sheets, track fuel inventory for accounting purposes, and order and receive fuel as needed.

- Test fuel for proper specific gravity and anti-icing additive levels, and verify that fuel is free from contamination.

- Verify the fuel farm is operating properly and safely.

- Order and stock supplies needed to support ongoing operations.

- Clean and detail aircraft on a daily basis.

- Stock aircraft with required supplies, including refreshments and snacks, and service ground support equipment, cleaning equipment, and related machinery.

- Move and stage company aircraft as needed.

- Perform monthly assessments of hangars and equipment, and maintain adequate supply inventory.

- Maintain fueling logs for each aircraft fueled.

- Maintain rental and company vehicles, including cleaning, fueling, and coordinating routine maintenance.

- Clean hangar floors using a scrubbing machine.

- Maintain required annual FAA-approved fuel training.

- Ensure Line Service Technicians remain current on all required training.

- Use required personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves, in accordance with safety and insurance requirements.

- May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cleaning, equipment maintenance, aviation operations, aircraft ground support, line services, airport operations, or physically demanding labor performed in challenging conditions.

- Ability to work a flexible, nontraditional schedule that may vary daily, including one week of day shifts, two weeks of evening shifts, and every third weekend on call.

- Experience leading, training, supervising, or coordinating operational team members.

- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate ground support equipment and company vehicles.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

What would be nice for you to have:

- Knowledge of aircraft fuel farm operations, ATA 103 standards, and fuel quality control practices.

- Experience supporting fleet vehicles, hangar operations, or aviation facilities.

- Working knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation operations best practices.

- Experience with aircraft fueling, fuel quality assurance, and aviation safety procedures.

- Basic understanding of cleaning and safety procedures for Jack Henry transportation equipment.
