You Are: Onshore Env Consultant
The Work:
As an Onshore Env Consultant, you will develop and architect Oracle application solutions, with a strong focus on implementing Oracle core technology products across diverse client environments. You will design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, and engagements, ensuring smooth integration from development through operations.
A key part of your role is to define Oracle technical architecture within the broader client IT ecosystem, tailoring solutions to meet unique organizational needs. You will manage database operations by designing, installing, upgrading, monitoring, fine‑tuning, and troubleshooting Oracle database products. You will also develop and execute strategies that support database development and code migration processes.
Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Oracle Technical Architecture, and tools such as application extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversion utilities will enable your success. Experience in shaping technology architecture during sales and solutioning phases is highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect Oracle application solutions, including application extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
- Implement Oracle core technology products, including development, execution, and operations architecture components.
- Define Oracle technical architecture within the broader context of each client’s IT infrastructure.
- Develop and execute strategies for integrating Oracle solutions across diverse client organizations.
- Design, install, upgrade, monitor, fine‑tune, and troubleshoot Oracle database products.
- Develop and execute strategies supporting database development and code migration across client infrastructures.
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, or engagements from development through operations.
- Shape technology architecture during sales and solutioning processes, as needed.
Here’s What You Need:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of Oracle database design, installation, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing application extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions.
- Ability to define and implement technology architecture across enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with database development life cycles, code migration processes, and operational frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience working across full solution lifecycles-from sales/solutioning to production operations.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$70,500-$136,700 USD
