What You Will Do:

- Deliver transparent, collaborative change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication support across the organization.

- Develop implementation frameworks for a Strategic Roadmap and help translate strategic intent into clear operational execution.

- Drive cross-functional alignment among Executive Leadership Team, Extended Management, and Operational Leaders.

- Design and support end-to-end facilitation for multi-day leadership sessions and individualized executive leadership sessions focused on structural realignments.

- Mitigate organizational resistance by anticipating change impacts and supporting leaders through transition.

- Support strategic initiative alignment across strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and organizational objectives.

What You Will Need:

- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST."

- Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university AND THREE (3+) plus years' experience working in human resources, organizational design or a related human capital associated role.

- Experience in organizational design, change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.

- Demonstrated ability to facilitate senior leadership discussions and multi-day leadership sessions.

- Ability to develop and execute implementation frameworks that support strategic roadmaps and operational transitions.

- Strong skills in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing executive and operational leaders.

- Experience navigating structural realignments and helping organizations move from strategic intent to daily operational execution.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to travel.

- Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Experience supporting Executive Leadership Teams and extended management teams in a consulting or advisory capacity.

- Background in transportation, operations, or large-scale organizational transformation.

- Experience leading change initiatives that require broad organizational adoption and resistance mitigation.

- Familiarity with strategic roadmap planning and enterprise operating cadence design.
