Coordinate pilot implementations of: Card-on-file, Autopay, Presentment integrations. Work with markets to expand successful use cases across countries and verticals
- Ecosystem Coordination and Partner Integration: Coordinate onboarding and integration of: 3rd party acquirers and VAS providers (lending, fraud, accounting, etc.). Support development of playbooks and integration models for partners. Facilitate collaboration across internal (Product, Sales, Data, Pricing) and external stakeholders. Help ensure that all players (issuers, acquirers, partners) operate cohesively within the platform
- Insights, Analytics, and Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across pilots and scaled initiatives: Merchant onboarding and activation, Transaction volume and usage, VAS adoption, Customer satisfaction (NPS).
