In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Anduril’s corporate FP&A model including our SG&A functions. You’ll balance creative design with operational needs, drive scalable solutions that align with our operational model, and manage key relationships with external partners and internal teams. This role is critical to developing the foundation for Anduril’s long range SG&A planning and achievement of the Company’s financial excellence roadmap. This role will work directly with Anduril’s business and functional leaders to execute on short- and long-term corporate planning strategies to build processes and tools allowing us to scale execution. This position offers a central role in Anduril’s strategic growth planning and execution with high levels of engagement with the executive suite.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the corporate-level FP&A processes for budgeting, forecasting, and the overall SG&A model
- Lead the preparation and management of the annual operating plan, long range financial plan and monthly forecast updates
- Lead the preparation financial statements and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Develop and manage robust processes and controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across functional groups
- Provide strategic financial insights and variance analysis related to performance, including revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, and cash flow
- Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, and functional department teams to align on financial results and ensure consistent assumptions
- Manage and improve the financial planning system and tools
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive decision-making as required, including business development and licensing agreements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of managing complex financial projects across a multi-faceted organization, from strategy to execution through on-going maintenance
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-departmental and cross-functional projects in a corporate environment with high visibility from the executive leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for detailed financial model design and planning strategies
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact results on time and within budget
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Strategy, with a focus on design and strategic planning for a distributed workforce across various unique business units, with at least 3 years in a managerial role managing a team of close collaborators
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, finance or a related field
- Extreme attention to detail and with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, and adapt to changing workload situations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment with significant autonomy
US Salary Range
$166,000-$220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
