Job Description

The Senior Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) Analyst will perform advanced-level imagery and imagery-derived Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) analysis and processing using geospatial and imagery applications and intelligence-related automation tools. The analyst will support Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions by conducting regional and point-based analysis and developing detailed intelligence products supporting the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze (F3EA) targeting methodology.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility/access (TS/SCI).

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience supporting operational- and tactical-level intelligence missions and performing Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of remotely sensed data, including:

Hyperspectral and Multispectral Imagery (HSI/MSI)

Thermal/Infrared Imagery

Electro-Optical (EO) Imagery

Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)

Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR)

General experience in targeting, collection, and sensor phenomenology, including the application of these capabilities to intelligence problem sets.

Demonstrated working knowledge of geospatial and intelligence data management across a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC)-compliant applications and databases.

Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and collection management, with demonstrated ability to develop a collection plan against a defined problem set.

Advanced knowledge of sensor phenomenology and its application to tactical intelligence problems.

Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Strong demonstrated briefing and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in operational environments.

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while making sound decisions in high-stress, time-sensitive environments.

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated working knowledge of how Full Spectrum GEOINT techniques are applied in support of the F3EA targeting cycle.

Basic knowledge of computer scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, R, or SAS.

Previous experience supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community in a role relevant to the specific labor category is highly desirable.
