The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.
We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to serve as an order-management specialist within our Herndon, VA operations team. In this role you own the accurate, end-to-end processing of customer and internal orders - from order entry and validation through fulfillment, invoicing, and records reconciliation. You will work daily in Salesforce and SAP Business ByDesign, coordinate closely with logistics, finance, and mission operations teams, and help ensure our order data is clean, compliant, and auditable. This is a detail-driven, high-ownership position ideal for someone who takes pride in getting the numbers exactly right in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders end to end - order entry, validation, acknowledgment,
- changes, and closeout - with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
- Work day to day in Salesforce (primary system) and SAP Business ByDesign, keeping order, delivery, and transactional records accurate and up to date across both systems.
- Generate purchase orders and coordinate closely with hardware vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment in support of customer orders.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipments with logistics, warehouse, freight, and mission operations partners, tracking status and resolving exceptions.
- Communicate order status to customers and resellers - arranging and participating in meetings as necessary to review status, delays, and delivery schedules.
- Request invoice generation, then review and reconcile invoices; verify pricing, quantities, and terms against purchase orders and confirm accurate billing.
- Maintain clean master and transactional data (customers, parts, pricing, and order history), correcting discrepancies at the source.
- Support order-to-cash reporting - backlog, open orders, and fulfillment metrics - and flag risks to on-time delivery. Ensure order and shipment documentation meets government-contracting requirements, including basic FAR/DFARS provisions and traceability expectations.
- Identify and help implement improvements to order-processing workflows, documentation, and controls
Key Skills
- Thorough understanding of Customs regulations & Export controls including HTS / HS Commodity Codes
- Strong competence in MS , in particular Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work on your own initiative with good organizational, planning and time management skills
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in order management, order processing, supply chain, logistics, or a related operations role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce as the primary order-management system; working experience with SAP Business ByDesign or a comparable ERP is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the order-to-cash cycle: sales orders, logistics/fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Basic familiarity with U.S. government contracting and FAR/DFARS concepts as they relate to orders and deliveries.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of transactional data; solid Excel skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to coordinate across finance, logistics, and mission operations teams.
- Must be a U.S. Person and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- Must be able to work on-site in Herndon, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle ERP (order-management/financials modules) - Oracle is already Anduril's enterprise standard and this team is migrating to it, so this experience will be increasingly valuable.
- Prior experience in a defense, aerospace, or other regulated / government-contracting environment.
- Familiarity with DPAS-rated orders, export-control basics, and shipment documentation requirements.
- Exposure to process improvement, data reconciliation, or ERP implementation/optimization work.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or comparable AI assistants to streamline documentation, data tasks, and day-to-day workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
US Salary Range
$99,000-$130,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
