What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally with a background in startups. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to running the interview process, with a strong focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience.

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative, targeted recruitment strategies

- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases

- Conduct interviews and manage the interview process from start to finish

- Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions

- Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process

- Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment

- Comfortable managing dynamic, high-volume hiring processes

- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive, initiative-driven approach

- (Nice to have) Experience hiring for GTM roles in the US

- (Nice to have) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- (Nice to have) Hebrew language skills
