The role
As a Lead Product Designer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 8+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role responsibilities
Lead design across the product lifecycle
- Independently own the design direction and execution of a UX workstream from strategy through delivery;
- Translate complex ideas, requirements, and constraints into clear, effective design solutions;
- Work hands-on across user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI;
- Set a clear point of view while adapting direction based on research, stakeholder input, and technical constraints.
Conduct and apply research
- Plan and execute research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis ;
- Synthesize insights and translate them into product strategy and actionable design decisions;
- Confidently select and apply appropriate research methods based on project needs.
Work in an AI-native product team
- Partner closely with product and engineering to rapidly explore, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions;
- Use AI tools such as Figma Make, V0, ChatGPT, Claude, and emerging platforms to accelerate design and research workflows;
- Critically assess AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment to balance speed, quality, usability, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate and influence
- Act as the design lead and strategic guide for your workstream, bringing clarity and direction to ambiguous problems;
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product direction;
- Present strategy, concepts, and design decisions confidently to senior client stakeholders;
- Bring a strong design point of view, constructively challenging assumptions and guiding stakeholders toward solutions that balance user, business, and technical needs.
Drive delivery excellence
- Work closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and rapidly adapt designs for feasibility;
- Establish effective design-to-development workflows within the pod;
- Maintain a high bar for usability, visual design, accessibility, and overall experience quality.
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on, end-to-end design work across enterprise products;
- Experience independently leading UX workstreams from strategy through execution;
- Strong UX, UI, prototyping, and research capabilities;
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders;
- High proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools;
- Experience working closely with product and engineering in iterative development environments;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Figma Make, V0, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools within design and research workflows;
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to rapidly explore and iterate on design solutions;
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and determine appropriate use cases.
Nice to have qualifications
- Experience working in a consulting environment or embedded client team;
- Experience working in highly iterative, cross-functional product teams;
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

This is a part-time role, with an allocation of 20 hours per week position based in the US.
