Vacant Property Associate

Job Description

The Vacant Property Associate position is responsible for monitoring vacant and delinquent properties through the foreclosure process. The primary responsibilities of the role will include completing property inspection reviews, notifying external vendors of property condition changes, and invoicing vendor repair completion orders. The Vacant Property Associate will take an active role in partnering with external vendors to ensure the property is being serviced within insurer guidelines.
