Vacant Property Preservation Associate

Job Description

This position is responsible for multiple preservation functions including reviewing inspection results and determining if the property is vacant, reviewing damages on vacant properties, determining if they are required to be repaired per investor guidelines, and requesting funding for the damages. Insurance claims are filed with insurance adjusters via phone and email to provide necessary documentation for the purpose of settling claims in a timely manner. Funding and damage approval requests to investors involve gathering necessary supporting documentation and submitting a written request.
